Salaried :
Minimum Annual Income Rs.75,000
If Income > Rs.1,20,000 pa
Latest IT return OR
Latest Form 16 OR
Latest salary slip
If Income < Rs.1,20,000 pa Latest IT return OR
Latest Form 16 OR
Latest salary slip AND
Copy of bank statement/Updated passbook, showing transactions for the last 6 months
Self Employed:
Minimum Annual Income Rs.60,000
Latest Personal IT return AND
Copy of bank statement/Updated passbook, showing transactions for the last 6 months
Retired/Pensioners:
Minimum Annual Income Rs.60,000
Latest pension certificate OR
Latest Personal IT return OR
Copy of bank statement/updated passbook, showing
last 3 pension credits
